    The bone broth diet is a 21-day plan that involves eating Paleo for five days and fasting for two. During the five days of eating Paleo, you drink anywhere from one to three cups of bone broth. On the fasting days, you have three to six cups of bone broth. Its basically the Paleo diet meets intermittent fasting, combined with an increased daily intake of bone broth.

    Many people find that following a Paleo diet, may supports gut health and weight loss.     According to the experts we spoke to, there are more risks than benefits to the Bone Broth Diet.For a healthy individual, there may be no severe risk in trying this diet for 21 days. However, they might experience some unpleasant side effects such as dizziness, fatigue and headaches all due to the low-calorie amount, says Gans.

    I just wanted to take a minute and share my success story with you. My whole life I have struggled with my weight.     What Preparing The Family Looked Like In My House

    In my house, its usually just my husband and myself so preparing the family was a pretty simple process.

    When I decided to start the bone broth diet I told my husband flat-out I was starting a new diet on Monday. I showed him the recipes I was planning to make and we agreed on a few that sounded good. Those recipes became the basis of my meal plan.

    I told my husband he could supplement with rice, bread, potatoes, etc. but he was in charge of making any additional food.

    We also decided together that he would either make dinner for himself or get takeout on the mini-fast days.
