In a bowl stir together 1/2 cup tuna, 3 -4 Tablespoons cashew dip, 1 teaspoon chili powder, generous pinch of cayenne, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Add sea salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Spoon filling into cucumber cups.
